Day Four Too

We took another shot at Splash Mountain (at least everyone, but me) and then the long wait for the Christmas Parade. This was another great parade. They do this one twice a day.
After that we had time to do Storybookland and Space Mountain before we found a spot to see the fireworks again. This time we would be positioned just outside Tomorrowland in the plaza. We were expecting a good show, but we had no idea how good the fireworks would look framed around the castle. The castle was lighted by many colored lights that coordinated with the music and the fireworks (of course). One thing the did that was very cool was to have Tinkerbell swing in on a zipline. It was more than a zipline actually as she could be lowered as well as move left and right. She must have been 300 feet in the air as she flew behind the castle. Each time she would wave her wand the sky behind the castle would fill with golden pixie dust fireworks. One part had bullets richot sounds at the same time sparks would shoot off the castle. The whole production was amazing. It was all capped off by the snow. It made what we had seen from the Rivers of America seem shallow. I am not sure if fireworks shows will ever look as good now.
Narnia did make a showing at Disneyland. In fact, the White Witch was availible for photos each day. She was really in character. A few children actually needed consoling.
